Night & Day - Framed

This painting is one of a ten piece series called ‘HANDS’. In this series I wanted to explore the message that hands can give. They can tell us so much about how someone is feeling, even without seeing a face. Think about lovers holding hands or a tense or relaxed hand. This is what I wanted to portray in a unique way.

This particular painting is about opposites connecting. The hands form a mirrored reflection and it isn’t about their differences, but about how they extend each other and make each other feel like home.

Painted with acrylics on luxury handmade paper from France. Professionally framed in a stained oakwood frame. Size: 27 x 21 x 3 cm.
